- 50 Year Reunion held on October 30, 2009 -

* "Ralph Colby is not well and Max Oldham's health did not permit him to come." Denny Delcour didn't attend, but they had expected him. Others attending were; Bill and Beverly (Creiger) Coble, Nina (Nichols) Peterson, Murlene (Coffman) Pamperien, Wanda Young, Henrietta "Henri" Harrison, Cheryl Collins, Ed and Bonnie (Summers) Peterson and Monte and Arlene (Smyers) Friend. Annie Sloan and son, Robert were invited, but didn't attend because of illness.

Lee Young and Ray Harrison planned this reunion, and the former team, who were the co-champions of the SCA in 1959-60, met for a dinner at the Hayloft Restaurant. They then attended the Homecoming game and were recognized at halftime.

Max Sloan, who is deceased was also on the winning team. Lee, Richard, Roger and Ray took a floral offering out to the Penner Cemetery Friday afternoon to honor Max.

A reunion well worth the effort!
