Nettie and R. Jay Cluff

That time already! The Cluff Family are having the last part of June for reunion, which we had already committed to attend! It would have been fun to see how we have ALL aged, indeed.

Gardening and reading continue to be favorite hobbies of mine. Almost 4 years ago, we started all over from scratch. This time around we have been able to opt for what we want and where to put it. Has been fun but laborious too. In this little farming community, our efforts to garden have been rewarding. In Tucson our garden took constant attention with meager results. Our young orchard should start production this year, provided Mother Nature co-operates and doesn't give us a late freeze. Canning has become an enjoyable pasttime during the summer. Being that I work for the Pima School system, I have summers off. My wages enable us to purchase the extras and give us fun options. Last year we added a fish pond and waterfall in addition to a hammock stand which holds a double hammock. Just right for relaxing on a warm summer day and watching Jay's birds in the back yard.

We have 9 grandchildren from our son and daughter. All are boys except 8 !! What an enjoyment they are to us. Jay and I are active in church activity and service. We count our blessings daily and are grateful for good friends past and present.
